Nickerson Properties is a Seattle, WA based real estate development and investment company specializing in new construction of residential condominiums, retail space, and self storage facilities.  We focus exclusively on the Seattle market and have built approximately $60 Million worth of product since we were first formed in 1995.

Our projects are financed by local commercial banks and pension funds.  We typically hire local general contractors and supervise an outsourced team of architects, engineers and real estate brokers.

The company is owned and managed by Thomas M. Nickerson, a 1995 graduate of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a 1990 graduate of Cornell University.  Mr. Nickerson is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Master Builders Association of King County, the National Association of Homebuilders and the Self Storage Association.
